With the aim of promoting the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in reality in Vietnam, the Vietnam AI Grand Challenge series with more than 20 events, notably 3 Hackathon programs were held in the last 4 months.

Through the rounds, FTECH AI had 3 teams reaching the final round of the 8 best teams to enter the final round.

In particular, the FTeam team – the AI ​​application virtual assistant solution won with the First Prize of Topica.

The FTeam team champion the Topica competition with a prize of $ 2,000.

Team FamTech – Online shopping assistant based on needs and customer experience won first prize in the Hakathon event in Da Nang, and is one of the 8 best teams in the final.

The five members of FamTech team won the $ 4,000 reward.

FTech team – Assistant to consult, take care of online and offline customers by identifying gender and age has won the second prize in the Hakathon in Hanoi, and is one of the 8 best teams to reach the final.

The FTech team won the second prize with a reward of $ 2,000.

Vietnam AI Grand Challenge is a series of AI hackathon programs organized by Kambria, under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Planning and Investment. The program kicked off with a series of national workshops, followed by 3 40-hour hackathon programs held in 3 cities: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Da Nang in July. The series attracted the participation of more than 80 teams, solving practical problems of accompanying businesses such as Ohmnilabs, Viet Thai International and Topica.

Vietnam National AI Hackathon is AI Hackathon program organized by Topica Education Technology Complex under the auspices of Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Planning and Investment within the framework of Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Festival 2019 The program brings together 10 teams from big universities and technology corporations across the country. Exam teams have 48 hours of continuous development of ideas, building and programming solutions to apply AI technology to solve difficult problems in many fields; being consulted, supported by expert development and “protecting” their products in response to criticism and evaluation of high-level judges, founders of technology companies, leading experts on AI in Vietnam.
