1. Responsible 

• Research and experiment with computer vision and AI solutions in areas such as document understanding, virtual human avatars and LLM applications. 
• Build demos and prototypes to test different approaches and share results. 
• Write clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. 
• Support model optimization and help maintain existing pipelines with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with other teams (NLP, dev, product, etc.) to integrate features into real projects.

2. Requirements

Must have:

• Basic knowledge of image processing, computer vision, and machine learning. 
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.). 
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal AI applications. 
• Good coding skills in Python (C++ is a plus) and understanding of algorithms/data structures. 
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English. 
• Strong willingness to learn and improve. 

Nice to Have 

• Hands-on experience with OCR, or video-related AI projects (academic or personal). 
• Experience with software engineering best practices (Git, coding standards, simple deployment). 
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
