1. Responsible

• Execution of performance tactic plans. 
• Optimize online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Ad Networks…
• Planning and execution of SEM campaigns – keyword research, text Ads’ copywriting.
• Campaign management – campaign set up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting.  
• Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all project needs are met and completed on time and to budget. 
• Use digital analytic tools to analyze and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each project.
• Research and competitor’s performance activities review.
• Collaboration with the Brand team to maximize brand performance.

2. Requirement

• Experience as a Performance Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in user acquisition for apps.
• Knowledge of gaming is must have.
• Experience with social media, Google Ads and SEM/SEO.
• Good working knowledge of web, app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, appsflyer, adjust etc.) 
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking .
• Self-time-management skills .
• Google/FB certificate is a plus.
