1. Responsible 

• Become a problem solving and analytical thinking; apply analytics, quantitative tools, and modeling techniques to interpret, make inferences, and offer recommendations based on insights from the data. 
• Primarily conduct research/experiments in NLP, Voice/Speech or related fields to solve open problems.
• Stay up-to-date on the SOTA in machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with other teams and partners. Present the results in verbal and written communication for internal team. 

2. Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor/Master degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, or applied mathematics.
• Familiarity with statistical and data-mining techniques.
• Experience working with Machine Learning/Deep Learning models
• Ability to use frameworks such as scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow, etc.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and/or C/C++
• Experience working with different data formats,  especially Voice/speech/audio or text format.

DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Hands-on analytics experience.
• Passion for defining the next generation of customer experience excellence.
• Evidence of entrepreneurial drive and having a “start-up” mentality.
• Industry experience in retail banking, pharma, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications or digital is a plus.
