1. Responsible

• Design and developing decentralized applications in DeFi space 
• Provide hands-on support and advice to DeFi development teams within Ftech’s ecosystem
• Stay up-to-date regarding latest trends and developments in the DeFi space 
• Collaborating with company leadership to determine blockchain technology needs and functionalities. 
• Optimizing and securing blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies.
• Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods. 

2. Requirement 

• At least two years of smart contracts and full-stack development experience with Rust and/or Solidity Good understanding of the leading DeFi tools, protocols and Dapps 
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development Hands-on experience with Sodility, Truffle, Ganache, Web3 js, Buidler (Hardhat), OpenZeppelin, etc. 
• Passion for Decentralized Finance Previous work experience from the DeFi space
• Higher education degree in computer science 
• Good understanding of token economies / tokenomics Knowledge about (crypto) trading mechanisms and products
